It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.
DEPOSIT OF:
$100 PER PERSON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING.
$200 PER ROOM SINGLE OCCUPANCY IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment Plan is suggested if not paying the full balance at time of booking.
Payment plan dates are Sept. 11th, Nov. 11th, Jan. 11th, Mar. 11th, May 11th.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE JULY 1ST 2021.
Final payment and valid passport copies are due no later than 90 days prior to departure. For payments within 70 days of departure or if air tickets and documents need to be issued immediately after payment, a certified cheque, bank draft or wire transfer must be received. Normally air tickets and travel documents are sent out 30 days prior to departure.
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
