The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road Dubai is strategically located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed Road's business district. The hotel is located minutes away from Dubai International Airport, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa and the most important business and shopping districts. The hotel features 383 over sized rooms and suites. The hotel includes a state of the art health club consisting of a gymnasium and a sauna. Two pools, one for adults and another for children, as well as a rooftop bar.
The Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai features five restaurants, including the award-winning Level 43 Rooftop Bar & Lounge with breathtaking views over the Arabian Gulf. And if you feel like staying in the cozy comforts of your room, 24-hour in-room dining service offers full breakfast and dinner menus.

ADDITIONAL TRAVEL INFORMATION
US Passport holders are not required to obtain a VISA prior to departure. You will receive a VISA upon arrival. Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date and must contain 2-6 blank "VISA" pages. There will be no additional fees, however, this can be subject to change. ALL PASSENGERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING PROPER DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO JOINING THE TOUR.
Full Itinerary will be available at least 60 days before the trip departure date.
Additional deposit for Air/Land: $100 deposit per person for flights at the time of booking when flights are scheduled. Additional deposits may be required, when applicable.
If you purchase flight on your own, please schedule to arrive in Dubai on October 11th and depart October 17th.
Please bring a credit card with you to cover hotel fees/extra cost (if applicable).
Full and Final Payments are due July 4th 2020.
How are payments made?
Payments should be made by credit card only. We do not accept any other forms of payment. A payment link will be emailed before payment due date or by request.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes. we strongly recommend a payment plan for your Dubai trip. Our suggested payment plan dates are Sept. 11th, Nov. 11th, Jan. 11th, Mar. 11th and May 11th. Amounts may vary. Your final payment will be due July 11th 2020.
Are flight transfers included?
No. Flight transfers are only included if flight is purchased and included with your package when flight is available.
Are flights to Dubai (UAE) included?
No. When flights are available, they can be added to your package upon request. The deposit will be starting at $100 to add flight. Please contact your travel agent for more information.
Is this trip to Dubai All-Inclusive?
No. Breakfast is included at the hotel. Some meals are also included with the tours. Expect to pay for some meals while vacationing in Dubai.
Is there a fee to change a name on the reservation?
Yes. There is a name change fee of $200.
What if my roommate cancels? What happens?
If your roommate cancels, their deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and you are responsible to pay the single room rate or find another roommate.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase cancellation insurance to protect your trip against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event you become ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on the suppliers current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 days of deposits and only covers non-refundable client money held by Supplier.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE JULY 4TH 2020.
Final payment and valid passport copies are due no later than 90 days prior to departure. For payments within 70 days of departure or if air tickets and documents need to be issued immediately after payment, a certified cheque, bank draft or wire transfer must be received. Normally air tickets and travel documents are sent out 30 days prior to departure.
The above are our normal final payment terms; however certain arrangements may require the balance of payment earlier.
